The WeddingCraftr manual

This manual covers every feature WeddingCraftr ships, in the order a planner meets them. All the examples and screenshots come from one demo season: Inês Carvalho, a wedding planner in Cascais, running Ana & Luís's wedding at the Quinta do Cabo Raso, five months out, and Sofia & Nuno's, which is this week.

WeddingCraftr runs in three places. The web app (app.weddingcraftr.com) has every feature. The iPhone and Android app is built for the day itself: the run sheet, offline, with the camera and push notifications a phone adds. Email and public pages exist for everyone around a wedding who never makes an account: the guests, the vendors, the hotel, and a couple who would rather answer from a link than sign anywhere in.

How to use this manual#

New here? Start with chapter 01 — the desk and the planner account. Lorenzo is the assistant: he carries the wedding chat, watches the inbox for contracts, and takes the couple's asks. WeddingCraftr itself is yours and your team's alone: the couple, and anyone else you invite onto a wedding, hold an account too, just never one on this product.

Search — press ⌘K or / on any page. Every section has its own address, so a result lands you right on the answer.
Chapters — down the rail on the left, grouped; on a phone, the Chapters menu at the top. The feature list below goes to the section that documents each one where the chapter gives it its own heading, and to the chapter where the feature is one of several described together.
