Design and mood boards
A board is a page of pictures, notes, colours and links that says what a part of the wedding should feel like. Each moment can have a style guide, and the florist's look, the couple's finds and the boards you share outside all live in the same place: Design in the wedding's menu.
Boards and style guides#
A board holds tiles in four kinds: a photograph, a note, a colour and a link. You place them on a grid, and the arrangement is yours: the same order shows on the phone, on the shared page and, for the couple, in their trip. A style guide is a board with a palette of up to twelve named colours and four sections for the moment it belongs to; each moment has one.
Looks#
A look is a board you keep to start from, photographs included. Apply a look to a wedding and you get a new board; changing the look afterwards does not change the board, and applying it twice gives two boards.

Turn on Share for a board and you get a link anyone can open without an account. It shows the board, its palette and its tiles, including anything the couple added, and nothing about the wedding it belongs to. Turn sharing off and the link stops working; turn it on again and the address you already sent works again.
Vendors#
Attach a board to a vendor and their printed sheet ends with it: the palette and the pictures in your order. A venue or a caterer also gets the floor plan.
The couple#
The couple sees the boards you have marked as theirs, under Your wedding on their trip, on the web and on the phone. At Can see they read them; at Can edit they can add a photograph (on the web) or a note, and take back what they added. They cannot move or remove anything you placed. Before you open the wedding to them they see nothing.
