Explore
Explore is the browsing half of the work: venues, restaurants, viewpoints and rooms for the wedding, gathered city by city, before anything goes on an itinerary. Open it from the sidebar row of the same name.
Browsing a city#
Pick a city, then narrow it with the filters that matter for a wedding: venues, food, drink, outdoors, beaches, viewpoints, wellness, rooms. The list and the map show the same places, each row numbered, each pin on the map wearing its row's number. Tap either and the place opens.
The count at the foot of the page is the honest one: 6 places curated for Lisbon means six. Last walked says when somebody was last inside one of them, so a young city reads young and a walked one reads walked.
A place#
The note comes first, written by someone who has been there, with the date they walked it. Under it sit the facts the place carries: its rating, where it is, its site and phone when we have them. A fact we do not have is simply not shown.
Add to a day, or save it for later#
Add to a day asks which trip and lands the place there as a planned stop; for a wedding, that is the wedding's own trip. If the place is already on it, the page says so instead of adding it twice. Save for later keeps a place on the trip without a day, for the one worth a second look.
Reading needs no account; adding needs you signed in.
Guides#
When a scout shares a guide with you, it opens as a page of its own: the route on a map, the days laid out, the places each one holds. Start a trip from this brings every place across into a trip of yours, all in the planning state, so nothing is booked on your behalf. Keep the ones worth the recce; drop the rest.
